- Thunderbolt Sign is not responsible for damage done to any underground sprinklers, flower beds, fences, etc. during the installation.
- All installation request must be submit no later then 12:00 at noon 2 days before the installation. All orders received during the weekend or holiday will only be treated as received on the next business day. We can not guarantee your installation request if the next service area day is already fully booked. (please refer to the installation service area schedule)

- All installation/ removal/ fixing order must be place on the web order or by email. Any phone or in person order must be follow up by an email to confirm. One of our customer service representatives will be in contact with you after receiving your order, your installation web order is not confirm until we contact you to finalize the order by email. - Orders may be cancelled by email at [email protected] or by speaking with one of our representative over the phone at 604-276-9166 ONLY.
- All cancellations required at least 24 hrs notice before the scheduled installation date. All refund amount will be return as store credit (store credit will not be expired) or there will be a 5% processing fees apply when return into the initial payment. (Credit Card/ Paypal)
